Swapa is a mobile application concept designed to simplify peer-to-peer item exchanges. Instead of selling or discarding items, users can swap goods locally in a safe, easy-to-use platform. Problem

Users often struggle with cluttered resale platforms that prioritize transactions over exchanges. Existing solutions can feel overwhelming, with complex interfaces, irrelevant features, and limited trust between users. The challenge was to create a focused, user-friendly experience that encourages quick, reliable item swaps without unnecessary friction.
